Lawrence is an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice, with a hands-on approach to solving problems and learning all the best IT support practices. Having studied Business studies, Economics and IT as A-Levels, Lawrence is well-equipped to tackle the problems that come his way, and can do so in an open-minded manner. Lawrence is committed to providing the best support he can, and aims to continuously learn and improve his knowledge of, and approaches to diagnosing, troubleshooting, and ultimately fixing IT problems.
